No Updates Are Good Updates

I have had a few people ask me what is going on in our IVF process right now. Honestly, there’s really nothing new going on. Which I am so thankful for. I had an ultrasound to check make sure that my uterus is smooth and ready for our little embryo. A few more little ultrasounds to check in on that again and some blood work and we will be ready for our transfer the first week of December.

I am grateful for no major appointments this last month. We have been crazy busy with ranch work and taking care of my father-in-law after he had a major surgery.

Heifer calves are bangs vaccinated and sent to Nebraska to get fed for a few months. Hopefully we don’t have any teenage pregnancies like we did last year. Having a calf in September really messes with a person’s head. Haha!

Cows are pregnancy tested and some of our wonderful neighbors are letting us graze some grass. When you live in a small town, and you’re blessed with good neighbors that’s better than winning the lottery. I have also learned from Hugh that being a good neighbor is something that you just do. You do it without thinking.

I am sorry this is short and sweet. Hopefully in the next few weeks we can transfer our little embryo and hope for the best outcome. I am truly thankful for all of you that read my blog when I post it. I love running into you and hearing how much you love hearing about our story. Sometimes I feel like I am really exposing myself writing all of the details in the blog. But then people remind me that there are other couples struggling. They are struggling in silence, and they like to know that other people are struggling as well.

I am always here to educate and answer any questions that arise. I actually love talking about it. I don’t mind the questions.

My parting message today is, love your neighbors. That’s what we are put on this earth to do.

Love,

Morgan
